Have questions about annual gifting?

Annual gifting up to the annual exclusion limit can be a simple way to reduce your estate for estate tax planning purposes while also providing a loved one with a nice cash cushion, perhaps to help offset the costs of sending a child away to college or a major home repair.  Each person can gift up to $17,000, to anyone or everyone, in 2023.  If you are married, the married couple can gift double that amount, so a combined total of $34,000, to anyone or everyone, in 2023.  You can make your 2023 gifts as early as January.  We’re here to discuss your gifting and planning options with you.  Reach out with questions and for more information.
